CEVI General Assembly welcomed a special guest: Ms. Valérie de Bue, Minister for tourism in Wallonia

CEVI general assembly took place on 11 May, in Belgium. It was the opportunity to discuss the most actual issues at EU level, such as BECA report, nutritional labelling and excise duties.
Ms. Valérie de Bue, Minister of Tourism of Wallonia, honoured us by joining the assembly. As she rightly said, the development of the Belgian vineyard represents a great opportunity for tourism in the region, where oenotourism projects are being considered. The Minister recalled the dynamism that winegrowers bring to related sectors of activity, and their role in the rural economic fabric.

To end this wonderful Belgian trip, we had the opportunity to visit some independent winegrowers from Wallonia and Flanders and their vineyards and wines, under the Belgian sun !
